Refund & Exchange Policy

At Lamoland, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to love your purchase. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Refunds

  • We do not offer refunds unless the item is returned unopened, unused, and in its original, untampered packaging.

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery by contacting us at support@lamoland.com with your order number and proof of condition.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or sent in error.

Exchanges

  • If your bag arrives damaged during delivery or you notice unreasonable damages within the first 30 days of delivery, we will gladly exchange it for a replacement.

  • You must notify us within 30 days of delivery with clear photos of the damage and your order details.

  • Exchanges are only available for the same product originally purchased. If the item is no longer in stock, we may offer store credit at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or exchanges if the product:

  • Was purchased on final sale or clearance

  • Was damaged after delivery due to customer handling

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at support@lamoland.com with your order number, reason for return/exchange, and photos (if applicable).

  2. We will provide instructions and, if approved, a return shipping address.

  3. Once your return/exchange is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the status.

Important Notes

  • Lamoland is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

  • We reserve the right to deny any return or exchange that does not meet our policy requirements.
